Experience in effectively managing and strategizing for multiple brands concurrently. Proficiency with Klaviyo Email & SMS, Shopify and Google Analytics platforms required. Expected outcomes & responsibilities
Design Oversight: Oversee all email design projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring that they meet our brand standards and marketing objectives.
Multi-Asset Design: Create a wide range of design assets primarily related to the retention team's initiatives, paying meticulous attention to detail.
Design Refinement: Use graphic design software to refine images, fonts, and layouts, employing problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for design challenges.
Conceptualization: Generate innovative ideas to convey concepts and effectively advertise products and services through email marketing.
User-Friendly Design: Enhance the user-friendliness of digital products by implementing design principles that improve the overall user experience.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects, ensuring that our messaging and visual identity align with our brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to meet project deadlines and ensure seamless integration of design assets into marketing campaigns.
Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and tools related to email marketing design, and apply this knowledge to improve our email campaigns.
Guideline Enhancement: Identify any gaps in design guidelines, concepts, or other necessary information, and communicate these insights to your manager to help refine our creative proposals.
Adherence to Guidelines: Produce design assets that align with and respect the creative and brand guidelines established by the company.

The Email Marketing Manager will work with cross-functional teams of direct marketing professionals to successfully manage an extensive Email Marketing calendar and build and execute best-in-class calendarized and automated email programs. The successful candidate will be able to work at both strategic and tactical levels working to bring campaigns to life to drive desirable customer experience and business outcomes.
This individual is responsible for managing a flawless execution end to end, ensuring all Email Marketing campaigns are effective, on time, and on budget.
This role requires a successful track record of managing Email Marketing projects, strong project management skills, analytics, detail oriented, and a demonstrated ability to lead are essential.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive email channel performance through effective strategy, content, segmentation, and personalization to achieve business objectives (sales, customer experience, etc.) Lead a cross-functional team to manage Email Marketing campaigns and test cycles for customer acquisition and upgrade, from inception through post campaign analysis. Develop, maintain, and communicate Email Marketing campaign calendars to ensure that all plans are in conjunction with marketing efforts and deadlines. Partner with relevant business functions and external vendors to determine and communicate mailing instructions, creative deliverables, QA timelines, etc. Submit email creative and campaign requests to external email service provider and follow through to completion; including automated trigger programs, A/B test campaigns, onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and re-engagement campaigns. Knowledge of basic HTML preferred, and familiarity with web content management systems preferred. Proofread final copy to ensure accurate and correct communication, match creative, versions and other campaign elements. Thoroughly QA all email campaigns and clearly document edits. Responsible for tracking project workflow and ensuring all project delivery dates are met for both internal and external clients. Analyze campaign performance across key metrics and ensure flawless execution. Establish a record of email campaigns results, market insights, offer strategy and creative. Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance. Keep abreast of the industry best practices and provide recommendations for internal strategies. Communicate with internal and external research groups, industry organizations and other sources of expertise related to Email Marketing; promote and communicate the benefits of Email Marketing throughout the organization.
